6th Annual Chapter Parent Conference!

Mark your calendars, as the conference will take place on the evening of May 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, virtually through an online platform.
This event will offer practical tools and strategies to support parents of children with learning disabilities, focusing on their education and well-being across a range of relevant topics.
The conference begins with an inspiring keynote session, followed by the chance to choose from a variety of 1-hour presentations on relevant topics, each concluding with a Q&A session.

Presented by: Erin Plumb is a recognized leader in assistive technology, bringing more than 20 years of expertise in accessibility, accommodations, and inclusion. With 15 years at LDAWE and a career spanning public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Erin has been instrumental in shaping policies and technologies that remove barriers for students of all abilities.

Presented by: Janet Arnold is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Triple P Practitioner, and consultant specializing in psychotherapy and applied behaviour analysis. Since 1996, she has worked with children, families, and individuals across clinical and educational settings in Canada. AND Evelina Hovich is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and holistic wellness practitioner with extensive experience in clinical nutrition, breathwork, coaching and holistic health practices.
