The Regional Children’s Centre is an accredited children’s mental health centre working in collaboration with children, youth, and their families who are experiencing mental health and/or developmental concerns. We offer a variety of programs and services that are flexible and designed to meet the individual needs of each child and family. For children up to 18 years old.

BounceBack is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Mental Health and Addictions Downtown Campus at 500 Ouellette provides a variety of Mental Health and Addictions Outpatient programming. To learn more, explore the program headings below.

 

 

Maryvale – Youth (ages 13-18) experiencing mild to severe mental health concerns and moderate to severe concurrent addictions issues . Services and supports include individual, group and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidenced based therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Brief Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

 

 

 

Family services offers individual, couples and family (including children’s and youth) counselling services in such areas as marriage, addiction, depression, anxiety, sexuality, separation, divorce, parenting, trauma, self-esteem and emotional regulation and overall wellness.

Programs and services offered are evidence-based and approved by youth in our community. The Youth Wellness Hub Windsor-Essex offers free services to youth ages 12 to 25 without a wait list or referral.
