Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Cultural Statement

At the Learning Disabilities Association of Windsor-Essex County, we believe in fostering a community where diversity is embraced and celebrated. We actively seek and welcome all voices, knowing that our strength lies in our ability to learn from one another and collaborate effectively. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone’s perspectives have value to enrich our work, drive innovation, and propel our collective success.

Through our Diversity Equity Inclusion Accessibility and Cultural Safety Action (DEIAC) plan we are committed to challenging systemic inequities and dismantling barriers to belonging within our organization. We recognize this journey is ongoing and requires active engagement, dedication to learning, and continuous reflection.
