Tammy Wilcox-Groulx
Chair
Tammy is a Special Education Coordinator for the Greater Essex County District School Board. She has received her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural and Cognitive Neuropsychology, Bachelor of Education, Special Education Specialist, Math Specialist as well as obtaining her Principal Qualifications. As a parent of children with Learning Disabilities, Tammy became very invested into learning about and volunteering for the cause. She has worked with the Scottish Rite Learning Centre as both a Tutor and as the Centre Director in the past. She is also a trained and registered Parent Advocate. Tammy is on the SEA Coordinator Council for Southwestern Ontario as well as being a representative in Assistive Technology for the GECDSB. Tammy has been a member of the board for the LDAWE for ten years.

Mike Wilcox
Vice Chair
Michael is the Principal/Secretary with the John McGivney School Authority (JMSA). Before moving to the JMCCSA, Mike was an educator for 26 years with the Greater Essex County District School Board. He began his career as an elementary teacher, vice-principal, principal, Supervising Principal of Special Education and then held the role of Superintendent of Special Education in his last four and a half years with the GECDSB. He has previously taught at the University of Windsor and contributed as a PAC member for St. Clair College. Michael has been previously involved with the Board of the LDAWE and is looking forward to renewing his involvement. He is a passionate advocate for students with a Learning Disability and looks forward to continuing his support through his work with the LDAWE.

Mariola Galla
Treasurer
Mariola Galla, CPA, CGA, is a Senior Public Accountant at Walter V. Francic CPA Professional Corporation. Earning her accounting designation in 2002, she has built a strong foundation in business administration, operational strategies, finance, and accounting. Since 2020, Mariola has been focused on public accounting, leveraging her extensive expertise to support clients. A dedicated community supporter, she served as Treasurer for the Brain Injury Association of Windsor and Essex County for six years, concluding her term in 2018.

Anthony Gomez
Secretary
Anthony has worked as an Accessibility Advisor and Assistive Technologist with the University of Windsor for over two decades. In this capacity, he primarily supports students with ADHD and learning disabilities diagnoses, ensuring that they have access to appropriate academic accommodations. Through his involvement with the Inter-University Disability Issues Association and various provincial and local organizations, Anthony has built a career as an advocate for students with disabilities. He believes in the potential of technology as an equalizer in the learning process.

Jordynn Boutette
Director
Jordynn works in long term care as a Therapeutic Recreational Aide . She has her Bachelors of Disability Studies from Ryerson University . She also has her Developmental Service Worker diploma from St. Clair college. Her passion for the Learning Disabilities organization began when she was an Assistive Technology trainer in 2016. She has worked in a various roles with the organization supporting children, youth and adults. She believes in being an advocate and resource for individuals with learning disabilities navigating through transitional periods of life . She hopes to bring her expertise in fundraising and event planning to the Learning Disabilities .

Amy Osman
Director
Amy is a devoted lawyer in Windsor-Essex and is deeply committed to her community. Her academic journey led her to attain a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honors from the University of Leicester. Amy further enhanced her legal expertise by obtaining a Global Professional Master of Laws from the University of Toronto. With a wealth of experience, she has handled various legal matters. Amy is an instructor at St. Clair College, where she imparts her knowledge to students in the Paralegal and Social Justice Legal Studies Degree Program. For the past twelve years, Amy has dedicated her time and expertise to the St. Clair College Paralegal Program Advisory Committee. Amy's commitment transcends the boundaries of the classroom and courtroom. Her profound and heartfelt dedication is directed toward inclusivity and advocating for individuals with learning disabilities. She is driven to ensure they have equal opportunities and thrive in our world.

Anika Boulineau
Director
Anika Boulineau recently graduated from the University of Windsor, where she earned an Honours degree in Communications, Media, and Film. Diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia at a young age, she is very familiar with the challenges of growing up with reading and learning difficulties. Anika has learned the importance of self-advocacy for accommodations and embracing her learning challenges. She plans to return to school to enroll in a Master's Program of Speech Pathology or in a Teacher's College Program to teach Media Arts and French. Anika is excited and honoured to serve on the LDAWE Board of Directors.

Nicole Stortini
Director
Nicole Stortini is a lawyer and community volunteer based in Windsor-Essex. She is committed to supporting children and families with learning differences and barriers, and brings experience in community engagement, accessibility, and justice modernization/AI. Nicole lives in Windsor with her husband and three young children. She contributes to local initiatives including Lawyers Feed the Hungry and the Essex Region Conservation Authority. Her community, and particularly children and families, remain central to her work and values. She is honoured to serve on the LDAWE Board of Directors and looks forward to supporting its mission to empower children and youth with learning disabilities.

Mary-Ann Fuduric
Executive Director (ex officio)
Mary-Ann Fuduric has been part of the Learning Disabilities Association of Windsor-Essex County for 15 years, serving in program and management roles before becoming Executive Director. She has led the organization as ED for the past eight years, guiding strategic growth, community partnerships, and high-impact programming. As an ex officio member of the Board of Directors, she works collaboratively to strengthen services and expand support for individuals with learning disabilities.
