Summer Programming

Summer Programming

The summer enrichment camp has been designed specifically for students entering grades 2 to 6 in September 2024 with a diagnosed or suspected learning disability. An IEP is required.

We are unable to support children with significant behavioural support needs. Recreation support facilitators are usually students with limited behaviour management training. Staff cannot provide the same level of support as educational assistants or behaviour therapists.

This strength-based camp focuses on social opportunities, preventing summer learning loss, and filling in gaps in literacy and numeracy in a safe and fun setting. This camp is facilitated by an Ontario-certified teacher with training in learning disabilities and supported by other trained staff providing a 1:5 ratio. Please visit our Summer Camp FAQ’s. Please read about our program requirements: Program Information.
