LDAWE's office is open Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 4:30pm. You may call, email, fax or drop by the office if you wish to have more information regarding learning disabilities or ADHD and / or the services and programs that LDAWE provides. If you plan on dropping by the office, please call ahead to ensure that someone will be available to speak with you.

Below is a list of LDAWE's main staff members with a short description of their roles within the Association:

Bev Clarke, Executive Director
As LDAWE's Executive Director, Bev is responsible for leading and implementing LDAWE Board policies and ensuring that all day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with the Association's stated mission and vision. She is responsible for the management of LDAWE projects, coordinating day-to-day activities, seeking project opportunities and project delivery. She is also responsible for coordinating LDAWE's client intervention services. Bev is a member of LDAO's Adult Advocacy Committee, the GECDSB's Special Education Advisory Committee and the Pay Attention and Learn Task Force.

Danielle Gignac, Resource Manager
As Resource Manager of LDAWE, Danielle looks after the day-to-day financial, human resources, and marketing (including social media) operations of LDAWE. She is responsible for coordinating LDAWE's adaptive technology and employment supports programs. She also responds to questions from parents, adults, professionals, educators, employers and students on current issues related to learning disabilities. Danielle is a member of the Windsor Essex Employment Group (WEEG) and the LEAP for the BEST committees.

Lucy Roussel, Job Developer and Program Facilitator
As one of LDAWE's Job Developers, Lucy is responsible for providing employment supports to adults with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder. She also facilitates LDAWE's Youth Recreation, Youth Social Skills and SOAR:HS Transition Planning programs.

Alicea Fleming, Job Developer and Program Facilitator
As a Job Developer for LDAWE, Alicea is responsible for providing employment supports to adults with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder. She also facilitates LDAWE's Employment Social Skills, Computer Enrichment Camp and SOAR Transition Planning programs.

Renee Duffy, Job Developer and Program Facilitator
As one of LDAWE's Job Developers, Renee is responsible for providing employment supports to adults with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder. She also facilitates LDAWE's BEST Social Skills program.
